What do you think the world will be like at the beginning of the 22nd Century?

Will we survive the dramatic changes happening in the envioronment? Will the centers of power shift from the West to India and China? How will it be for our grandchildren who haven't been born yet? Will things get better or is the human race in decline? How will technology continue to change our lives? I would prefer not to have answeres from religious apocalyptisist, regardless of their religious beliefs I know they feel the world is ending and God is returning but that is not my belief and I would like to hear from others who may be futurists like Alvin Toffler or regular folks who have thought about this.

When China gets really desperate, they'll sell their shares in our dollar and trash our economy to free up more resources for them. India and Pakistan will have an exchange of nuclear weapons, Bush will still be saying we need to give Iraq more time, The Eu and Russia will form a strong alliance partially based on energy needs. China will have a manned base on the moon and auction off the relics of our Cold War moon push. Private corporations will push into space and prepare for the next centuries leaps to the asteroid belt and other resources. Lady President Clinton will successfully put America onto a technology economy and off of automobile economy just in time to prevent us becoming a second world country. Brazil will become a super-power solely by virtue of their hot ladies. A Russian woman will be selected as ambassador to earth by the Martian delegation.
