I'm not an American, but yes, America is the most powerful state in the world at the moment.
Points 1 to 4 are probably vaguely correct. 7 is dubious, and 5 and 6 are plain wrong.
America also does not have the power to change another culture, that requires more than mere force.
Also if they wanted to wipe out Russia in one day, they could with a nuclear exchange, but the Russian nuclear retaliation would destroy most of America as well. Then the world would be minus two large powers and left to mop up all the radioactive fallout which would be quite a nuisance.
