I am writing an essay on akhenaten's life and part of my essay is to explain what he would have to say about the world today. Advances in sciences, math, technology, etc. Also the politic economic social positions. Especially religious views and cultural changes. How would akhenaten view and feel about the positions of the world today?
I think he would deplore the rapid decline of education in the world. The literacy rate while never high in the time of the ancients was certianly seen with much more importance to the educated of the world. Their desire to create new ideas and never shy away from the hard work needed to make discovery happen certianly catagorized them as an educated people.
